How You Can Help

Earn your Horseback Riding Belt Loop at HALTER. Boy Scouts can earn their Horseback Riding Belt Loop here! Boys will come to HALTER for about two hours to learn to halter a horse, learn to mount and dismount on both an English and Western saddle, learn to make an emergency dismount, ride using both an English and Western saddle, learn about grooming tools and use them to groom miniature horses.To Schedule your Horse Belt Loop at HALTER: Call Jenifer at 281.814.8427 or email jmcluskie_sbcglobal.netDownload Release Form HereEagle Scout projects are available!
